Meet Jen

Everyday, I’m finding new ways to empower entrepreneurs and professionals by solving their productivity and organizational needs. Tactical is the name of the game around here. Without a clear plan that takes you from brainstorm to continuous implementation, all you have are a bunch of ideas and a pile of wants. My products and services are for anyone who is serious about breaking through their efficiency roadblocks. Let’s partner to effect actual change that accelerates your personal and professional growth.

I am an administrative professional and business coach with over fifteen years of experience who offers a range of virtual assistant services, productivity and organizational resources, and strategic planning and training.

I have built a career making people’s lives easier by dealing with disorganization, creating procedures, and driving collaboration through communication and documentation. Working in numerous industries from public education to private equity, I have been exposed to an array of business strategies and philosophies. Each experience has added indispensable skills and insights to my tool belt, and I thrive on using that knowledge to help others.

A little more about me…

Based in sunny Gilbert, I’m an Arizona girl at heart. Originally from Lake Havasu City, I put down roots in the Phoenix valley after completing my Bachelors of Arts in History and Political Science at Arizona State University (Go Devils!) My free time is spent on crafting and DIY projects and going on adventures with my husband, son, and adorable dog. I’m also an avid reader and am a purist when it comes to reading a physical book instead of an e-reader. As a lifetime member of the Girl Scouts, I am passionate about giving back to the organization that shaped me as a woman and leader by volunteering my time.
